Wonda allows you to set the Large Language Model (LLM) of your choice.
By default, AI features run on models hosted on Wonda's OpenAI account: AI character conversations use GPT‑4.1 mini, and AI assessment reports use GPT‑4.1. You can switch to your own OpenAI key or a different model to better comply with your organization’s internal security & confidentiality policies.
To use your own Open AI key follow these steps (available for Admins only):
Open the Admin settings, select Integration and then LLM. Once there you can select OpenAI instead of Default.
In another tab open the following url: https://platform.openai.com/api-keys (you may need to login first if you are not logged to OpenAI already).
Then click on "Create new secret key" to create a key for your organization.
Copy the generated key.
Get back in Wonda, paste the key in the API key field and click on Confirm.
You are all set. All AI feature in Wonda (AI character, AI report) will now go through your own organization account instead of Wonda account. Note that this applies to all content in your hub.
