Introduction
You can now add AI-powered conversational characters into your experiences to build highly personalized simulations tailored made any given situation and skills practice.

In this short article, you will learn how to:
discuss with an AI Character using a web browser on PC & Mac
discuss with an AI Character in VR
save your conversation by exporting your conversation.
1. Discuss with the AI Character on Desktop
To start interacting with an AI Character, simply click on its avatar to open the Chat Window.

You can see several elements in this window (from top to bottom):
a Cross icon that closes the window (doesn’t erase your conversation)
a Speaker icon to mute the character
a Refresh icon that resets the conversation
a Magic Wand icon that can be used to modify the Character
a Message field with a “send” button and a Microphone "Press-to-talk" button
Once opened, you can engage the discussion with your AI Character.
There are two ways to discuss with the AI Character:
You can click on the “Press-to-talk” microphone button to interact with the AI Character using your voice. A transcript of what you are saying while pressing will be automatically generated. (or press & hold the Space bar on your keyboard)
You can write your message in the Message field.

Tips: If you need to modify a message you have sent, you can simply edit the message (click to edit) and restart the conversation starting from this modified message by clicking on the refresh icon which appears when hovering over the message.

2. Discuss with an AI Character in VR
You can also discuss with AI Characters on Meta headsets (more info on devices).
To start a conversation with an AI character in VR, press the "Trigger" button on your controller, pointing at the character in question.
You choose when to activate the microphone: hold down the A button to speak ("push to talk" mode = release the button to stop recording, and send it to the AI character).
You can also press B to restart the discussion with the character.
3. Export your Discussion Logs
If you have editing rights for the given AI-powered Experience, you can access the discussion and session details by going to the Session tab in the Experience's Analytics.

details in the Wonda AnalyticsTo save your conversation, you can simply export it by clicking on the Download Button at the top-right corner of the page.
Download your Conversation
A compressed file (.zip) will be downloaded. It will include one folder per AI Character that contains:
A .csv file that contains the whole discussion with the Character
The recording of your audio messages and your Character audio messages.
Note: The audio recording are not stored on our servers.
