There are two possibilities to join a Space as a participant:
Invite a participant
As a Space participant, you can invite other participants to join your Space by clicking on “Participants” and fill out their email address.
Every participant you invite will have the following rights by default:
- Edit the Space’s general settings
- Access all experiences within the Space
- Edit all experiences within the Space
- Add new experiences
NB: A new participant can also be added to the Space via the Hub admin settings.
Following a Request
As a non-participant of a Space and non-admin, In the “All” category of your Hub, you might see a lock icon on the Space poster. Just click on it to request access to the Space’s owners. They will automatically receive an email to approve or not your request. As soon as the request is approved, you will find the Space in the “My Spaces” category.
