Edit your Hub Settings

Manage users, branding, and integrations across your Wonda Labs hub

Written by Elie Mietkiewicz

Overview

Your Hub is your organization's central workspace in Wonda Labs. Hub settings let you control who has access, how the hub is branded, and how it connects to external tools.

Hub settings are accessible to Admins only, with the exception of Space management which is also available to Managers. To understand the full role structure, see User Roles & Access.

As an Admin, you can:

  • Manage all hub users and their roles

  • Access hub-level analytics in addition to Space analytics

  • Edit the hub branding (title and logo displayed across all Experiences)

  • Configure third-party integrations — Kaltura, LTI, SSO

  • Access hub billing information

  • Access all Spaces and Experiences created within the hub

  • Delete Spaces and Experiences created by other members

As a Manager, you can:

  • Create new Spaces and duplicate existing ones

  • Access and edit Spaces you own or have been invited to

How to Access Hub Settings

Click your hub name or avatar in the top navigation to open the Hub Settings panel. This is where you can manage branding, users, and integrations.

Hub Branding

Customize how your hub appears to all members by setting a hub title and logo. These are displayed across all Experiences created within the hub.

Managing Users

User Roles

Wonda Labs now has three hub-level roles:

Admin — Full access to the hub. Can access all Spaces, manage settings, configure integrations, and assign any role including Manager and Admin.

Manager — Can create and duplicate Spaces, but only accesses Spaces they own or have been invited to. Cannot access hub settings or billing.

Default — Base role for all hub members. Can only access Spaces they have been explicitly invited to. Cannot create new Spaces.

Inviting Users to the Hub

From Hub Settings, Admins have two ways to invite new members:

1. By sharing the hub invitation link A permanent, unique URL that lets anyone join your hub directly. Users joining via this link are added with Default rights by default. This is useful for open enrollment or when you want to onboard a large group quickly.

2. By sending individual email invitations The recommended method when you need to assign a specific role — particularly for inviting Admins or Managers. Enter one or more email addresses, select the role to assign, and click Send.

Note: You do not need to invite Default users through hub settings. Default users are added to the hub automatically when they accept a Space invitation. Use individual email invitations primarily for Admins and Managers.

Managing Existing Users

From the Users list in Hub Settings, Admins can:

  • View all hub members and their current role

  • Change a user's hub role

  • Remove a user from the hub entirely

Integrations

From Hub Settings, Admins can configure:

  • SSO — Single Sign-On via SAML 2.0 for seamless user authentication. See SSO Integration.

  • LTI — Connect Wonda to your LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard). See LTI Integration.

  • Kaltura — Sync your Kaltura media library with Wonda. See Kaltura Integration.

  • Custom LLM — Use your own API key for AI character conversations. See Use your own LLM.

Billing

Admins can view and manage the hub's plan and billing information from Hub Settings. For questions about your plan or usage limits, contact support through the chat.
